Select an appropriate weight, and make any necessary adjustments for your height. Start by placing your shins underneath the padded bar and push your feet out in front of you, pause, and then reverse the motion. Pause again, just before the weight stack rests in the original position. Repeat for the necessary amount of repetitions required for your workout program and fitness goal.
