No Ice Bucket Needed. Help Find a Cure for ALS by Dancing. You’ve Been Nominated!

Do YOU accept the #Dance2CureALSChallenge?

Here’s how to do it…

  1. Take a video or photograph of yourself showing off your best dance moves.
  2. Post the video or photograph on your Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or YouTube page.
  3. Include the donation link along with the hashtag #Dance2CureALSChallenge in your post.
  4. Challenge 3-5 friends to do the same by SHARING your post on their social media page, and challenging them to complete the #Dance2CureALSChallenge within 24 hours.

Why are we asking you to dance? We just held our annual ALS fundraising Zumba® class at LA Fitness and saw people donate and dance to help find a cure to ALS. We want to keep the rhythm the event generated going with the #Dance2CureALSChallenge!

LA Fitness is trying to kick start something amazing that will make a significant impact in the fight against ALS! In an effort to recreate the magic that last year’s social media fundraising phenomenon generated, we are asking people everywhere to take part in the next major hashtag challenge to help find a cure for ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis), also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease.

SHARE the #Dance2CureALSChallenge on your Facebook, Twitter or Instagram today!

If you simply wish to donate and not partake in this challenge, you can do so here:
