All really great points – so true. Keeping a food diary is a fantastic way to stay track and hold yourself accountable! I talk a bit about this on my site as well, a good compliment to this piece: http://www.willrunforfood.net/2012/04/26/keeping-a-daily-food-diary/
Yes, great article. I’d recommend MyNetDiary (http://www.mynetdiary.com) for a free calorie counter. They even have apps for smartphones! I’ve had good success with them. Keep on countin’!
Thanks for the info. I have been using Fit Day and in the last few months have been using LiveStrong. Sticking to actually adding the information all day is the hard part. I try to catch up by adding the previous days an fall behind. Commitment is the key, if I could find it.
I use Spark People: http://www.sparkpeople.com
This site tracks your food, exercise, water, weight loss and daily calories. It’s a great site and has been helpful!

Truth!
Keeping a food log or journal is a very good idea for motivation and learning your eating habits for losing weight. I also like the Super Tracker, inwhich I am going to use.
People everywhere are reporting that they are losing 10, 12,
even 18 pounds in a week due to the addition of these products and adhering to their strict rules.
These foods are examples of healthy, high calorie foods that you should be consuming on a regular basis.
Many women report that their breasts become very tender and feel full and heavy.
